Hi, thanks for the response..

I’m rendering from after effects to apple’s 10bit uncompressed 4:2:2 codec, as this is what I captured the footage in FCP as. I Captured the footage as 1920×1080 50i through a BlackMagic HD Decklink card, Dual SDI, etc..

Funny thing is, that if I open a uncompressed shot in quicktime and turn on the high quality option in properties.. it gets darker..
This is a common thing “with quality” on dv I know, but that never became an issue in AE.. This brightness issue is..

In response to the post before.. The rendered footage in FCP is brighter against the originals… how do I change the YUV RGB.. and will that effect my mastering?
