Thanks for the tips! I managed to get it to kinda work by changing it to the ‘tripod pan’ in the advanced settings. Also had to pre-comp and crop out as much unnecessary bits as possible to get the 3D camera tracker to focus on the tracking points. Some parts still wonky but at least there’s some tracking data there to work with.

Thanks for the options! In the end, I reduced the element3d layer to about 60% of it’s original size and managed to get the file size down by about 100kb per frame.

I tried your suggestions about the separate keys and the despill bias but it’s still not working.. (Damn, almost wanted to buy you some new pants if they had worked)

Is there any other way to retain the spill areas besides adjusting the clip black/white & screen despot settings? I also tried using the matte choker and bringing the choke to negative, but I got other ugly black areas around my subject too.
