Sorry about the sparse info.

1. I’m set at DV NTSC 48 khz – 720 x 480 and 29.97 fps
2. I’m using a 6 mp jpeg as my source. I’ve tried cropping to get it the same size as my
video settings but this hasn’t helped.

4. I’ve looked at my monitor and noticed the problem but have also rendered to DVD and seen it on several monitors other than the computer.

I’m editing a video and just tying in some pics to go with it. Not sure if I’m going to have any of them moving yet but not an issue right now.
