Comments and Things Worth Noting

I have extensive experience creating photography for advertising and retail clients, skills that have carried me into the realm of moving images for narrative work, branding films and education. I am quite comfortable shooting with either film or digital capture systems and have a full understanding of which best serves any particular project.

Beginning last summer, I have been involved in the development and production of a new broadcast program airing on NYCLife and YouTube entitled Book Case TV in which Frederic Colier interviews authors of note adding mini-reviews of several new releases in each episode. The experience has been a fantastic ride into episodic television programming which is, given the show having been renewed for the autumn of 2013, one that continues.

Teaching a sophomore-level course in photography at Pratt Institute has proven a valuable experience in communicating complex artistic and technical concepts in a manner that is easily understood.

Further creative and professional growth is what I seek.

Specialties: Photography, cinematography, image manipulation/correction, image preparation, non-linear editing, color grading/correction, video compositing, DVD authoring.
