I am recording off of an Xbox 360, so the footage would be live, not recorded. So no, I was not using a camcorder.

Okay now i’ve decided that the HDMI direct connection works from the Xbox and the Intensity Pro and I hear the audio perfectly clear on the Capture screen. But when I click record, no sound emits, and the capture file has no sound! Any help?
