    If you basically use a template with an external css, like Fernando had said, you can get the desired effect without the outdated use of frames. Similar to my site at sunrisewebsolns.com only the header and background appear to remain static while the content changes. Using a template is a great way to do this though.

    If it doesn’t work in the manager, it does work in paint which comes with Windows. It also works in Office products also such as Outlook, Word and even Excel. Also, if you hold alt while pressing print screen it only copies the current window to the clipboard instead of the entire screen.

    If this form is within html, which it sounds like it is, you can utilize an html form, format it with css, utilize a javascript event handler to calculate the price and use php to process the form. A couple of simple scripts and a little html and css coding could take care of all of that.

    If you aren’t seeing the changes reflected within your domain. Double check to make sure you don’t have a different version of the file open in Dreamweaver. A lot of times it is easy to save the file to a different directory without realizing it.
