July 21, 2014 at 2:47 pm in reply to: Lost Audio In Premiere Pro. Total Audio Dropout. Ouch Deadline!!Thanks! We tried most of this bit to no avail. Red giant really dropping the ball on this one… 🙁 would be good to know from them what’s going wrong and how to avoid it as some people are obviously using it without any dramas.

July 21, 2014 at 7:17 am in reply to: Lost Audio In Premiere Pro. Total Audio Dropout. Ouch Deadline!!I’ve just had exactly the same experience. The strangest thing is that the audio works fine and then suddenly drops out. I thought that I had a hardware failure as I was mid-edit when it went. Adobe support very nice but couldn’t fix the problem.
Pluraleyes should have a huge disclaimer that it doesn’t work with premiere pro.
I have now missed a deadline for an important client as this bug has meant having to start completely again on FCP without Pluraleyes. I’ve also had to work all weekend just to get the client something by monday.
I’m pretty annoyed that Red Giant releases software, at a pro-level pricing, that not only doesn’t work but even more frustratingly works for a bit and then mysteriously drops out. It has also screwed the audio on the same project for another edit.
Red Giant need to sort this out.

February 28, 2013 at 10:27 pm in reply to: Mac AE CS6 Ray-traced 3D Render Not functioning on GTX 570 (Mac EFI)Well it’s just that if I select final quality the 3D objects disappear entirely… The gpu is doing something that causes ray traced objects to disappear. Classic 3d is fine and non gpu accelerated ray traced 3d renderer is fine. But turn on gpu acceleration and go to final quality mode and goodbye 3D objects. I’ll be back at work tomorrow so could send you a video of what’s going on!
Thanks I really really appreciate the help! Are you based in Europe or US?
Thanks again!

February 15, 2013 at 11:25 pm in reply to: Anybody successfully updated CUDA driver on Mountain Lion with GTX 570 card?Hey thanks – think the open cl fix for cards with more 2gb of VRAM (note more than is like 2.5gb not 2048mb.
I’m going to try a 660ti which is only 150 watts – will let you guys know…

Don’t bother – switch the inputs to test the monitors – eg switch which monitor is plugged into which port.
Then try reseating the gpu card.
Let us know how you get on!
