here is another instance of something crazy happening… i am following the “disintegration” tutorial from video copilot and this is the very beginning of the tutorial and i have followed andrew kramer step for step… i can’t figure out whats going on. in the original post the fade was going horizontal (90 degrees) and i tried to change it (0 deg) to see if it was just the direction but it still messes up.

the top layer is a solid and the bottom layer is an image.

do you have a video link to the final product for the “hottest ticket”? i would still like to work on this effect (even though i wont use it for the K.K.K. idea. ;P) and would like a visual.

Thanks for catching that guys! I never put those two together and I am definitely going to reconsider the idea now! It always helps to have a seperate set of eyes look at a project 🙂 Thanks again for the help! These forums are awesome 😀
