Hey, man!

I had the very same issue here with Premiere CC 2020 and the BRAW plugin just yesterday and I cleared all my Adobe Premiere Cache files, then restarted the software and it worked instantly.

I’m pretty sure it was the Cache folder, because I’m importing more than 70 cards of material and this ‘generic error’ happened in some files of some of the cards, which I skipped when importing the others that didn’t have this issue. Then, I cleared ALL the Cache folder (with the own Premiere cleaner, which you can only do with no projects open at all), restarted Adobe Premiere, and every card that had the issue were imported normally.
