The video is playing on HD TV from this device https://www.amazon.com/Micca-Full-HD-Portable-Digital-Player/dp/B008NO9RRM/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1489024250&sr=8-1&keywords=hd+digital+video+player .Not sure if I am explaining what is the problem. Any kind of line in the images gets a flickering edge. Visible on TV, not really on monitor. I assume it is something with the resolution.
I was able to capture it in Premiere at 100% preview. It is visible only when the video runs, though not when it stops. The rendered video has no problem like this on my computer but visibly does on the TV.
The images are higher res than 1920 x 1080.

Thanks Alex. Not sure what nest is but the curtain sequence has the animation with the track mate on v1, the b/w footage on v2. Once I put the curtain sequence to my master sequence, it works as intended. The only thing I had to set in the track matte key is to switch it to Luma.

Well, just in case somebody is searching for project manager in premiere CC and cannot find it.
It is located in the File menu at very bottom right before exit.
Sometimes double espresso helps with everything…
