    Old thread but figured I’d jump in since I just installed 5.5 a few hours ago. You will have to right click the audio clip and edit in Audition. Not so bad if you did the same with FCP >> send to Sound Track Pro.

    All of my vst plugins showed up in audition. Actually had to disable all VSTs since I had both duplicate VST and AU plugins. It took 40 seconds to run Izotops Ozone’s 4 “voice over – loudness maximizer” preset on a 58 minute video (mono). I bounce all webcast material (if voice only) to mono because most folks have crappy laptop speakers. Hardware is a single 3.4Ghz i7 with 16GB ram.

    Renders much faster than the dual quad core system at 2.6Ghz with the same amount of memory. Did FCP or Sound Track Pro utilize all processors? Doesn’t seem that way to me. Media Encoder render times blow compressor away.
