My final concern is: will I use 30p or 60i for my web and TV productions?

But just to be sure, the point of my colleague was that if we use the entire chip instead of only a part of it, we should get a better image quality at the end (light, crispiness, etc.) . So it was not exactly a resolution concern. By the way, I forgot to say that we shoot in squeeze and that we downscale at 512×288 30fps for the web.
