The first I´ve rendered is the final effect with fast blur and motion blur
to mask a bit the squary trail,
the second is only one particular where you can see the trail
is clearly bad looking.

I found a way to emulate nodes…

So Form + Particular + plexus + lines = nodes

I´ve done something similar just for fun and I used exactly Echo then with soundkeys I animated the rotation of the clones

In your case I think you should play with rotation and pos manually.
