I do have flip4mac on my computer. I used quicktime components in the last version of compressor, but I can’t find that in the new compressor.

Thanks guys.
I was sure that I had seen a demo by Apple before I upgraded Final Cut, that showed a clip of Compressor with the .wmv setting. Wishful thinking, I guess.
