I am baffled by the same problem. In AFX I get a blank 72 x 72 single frame. The swf file appears/animates fine in flash, and bridge. I have been successfully importing swf files to after effects for years. I did some trouble shooting with Flash’s export settings, and no luck.
There is no script, not even movie clips. Just straight animation made up of graphic objects, placed on the stage timeline…
Help! I have not found any information on this. other than this one posting.

where does one find serious training in blu-ray disc burning?

I see in after effects CS3, export settings for both H264 Blu-ray and MPG2 Blu-Ray

    Has anyone tried this?

    Thanks!
the La Cie burner shipped with Toast Titanium 8; does this automatically set the codec and convert whatever format I input?
With discs so costly, I think people HAVE to set out armed with some knowledge before they start trial and error!

  • Thank you.
I did a clean uninstall from the disc image, and fresh reinstall, and also got rid of flip4mac and blackmagic codecs – putting these fun facts together from various advice sources. anyway, all is back to normal. i had added no software no updates, nothing that I could see to have caused this meltdown. BUT it’s great that it’s not only fixed, but running better than before.
