Sorry, I was wrong. Premiere Pro Recofnizes the file as follows:
48000 HZ (32) Mono.

But maybe the problem is the codec, as you said?

This is the information in QuickTime:

Format: H.264, 640×480 Millions
MS DVI, Mono, 44.100kHz

FPS: 29.97

640×480 pixels

Comes from a Camara.

It plays OK. Not the best quality, because it comes from a photo camara. I think this could explain something with the formats, bot no idea. Any suggestion?
