This is really great point.
This is why one would want calibrated gear. Then one will know that gear meets the standards.
I’t is like when you are driving a car. You need to take exam to be certified as a driver
so it is simple to measure if you can drive a car by standards or you just say you can.So in color correction you really want system that meets standards that is measurable
and repeatable by other with the same results.With non standardized workflow you do not know if you are in the speck this is one would like to
have sdi output io on computer.—

Have you looked up what aja box blinking means ?
Maybe this is failing or over heating etc ?

how did you install drivers ?
it is really important how you install them, premiere first drivers later?

You should see BM card in system profiler (device manager) and BM setup in system config (control panel)
should be usable. Usually when BM io goes bad either or both are not seeable / usable.Hope this helps.
If either is not coming up or working you have to test with another card.

you have to trace step by step if you get something out from your video io, then aja box and then dreamcolor. It you look on full loop you just assume that it works but any of the points may fail.

On sata f filled over 50% speed will drop dramatically.
Lets say you have 20% free then it is not likely to get 300.

I have suspected that there was some black art involved with calibration 🙂

I will dig a bit deeper.
I had that ABL feeling myself as plasma seems all the time more saturated and dynamics are not so good.
It is used mainly as for client to see and Penta as main display then we can work it out.Do you think i could master calibration by Your help and with information from forum ?
I’m really sad that BM lut boxes are not fixed yet. is there any other similar products on the same price range ?

Does it seem likely that we can do all in-house if we get the proper gear together or do we need specialist for that? I am hoping to master it with your help by my self but just have to ask you about it.
I have some doubts on projector and plasma if they have good enough rgb presentation
abilities. As i get it special monitor profiling module is part of full LS part ?
Can you comment on that?—
