The update deals with how it reads the hard drive and the files within, it won’t work at all with the software version we have, but will work with the new software update. I appreciate your offer!

lol, ya, silly me — Literally a minute after I posted this I found the topic on these forums and I wanted to just kick myself, but I couldn’t erase this post as I was a “new” member I couldn’t access anything since the post was “under review”
