The footage does that wobble/jumpiness once I stretch the time out. It’s supposed to just go slow motion, but it slow mo’ and get’s completely jacked up.

Frame blending is off, when I turn it on I see no difference though. The clip is in .mov format. I’m on a Mac on AE CS5.
