    I just checked in v12 and v14 and changed the toolbar PNG resource with Resource Hacker.
    Unfortunately Vegas did not start due to license issues, seems the .exe is checksum validated ☹

    Hey guys,

    I just registered to CC too because of this topic.
    As a Vegas 12 Pro user I really wanted to upgrade to v14. The version is faster and the added value of plugins for the suite is great – but the black undistinguishable toolbar icons prevent me from that, what a bummer in my workflow.

    If there is any poll or up/downvote for this, lead me to this way.
