so let’s say i made an blu-ray witha ntsc 23.98 fps video file, will it not play in australia?

When I use encore to make the bd, the.option.of ntsc and pal is present. As well.as in encoder, when I convert the clip from.fcp to mpeg2. We shot 23.98 1080p. I believe. Canon 7d
