Okay, weird. I just slapped some adjustment layers in between every layer and that seemed to stop the flickering. Kinda odd being there was no movement on the Z plane. Ah well, it worked.

I guess that I should add that the stars are all individual .png layers.

ha ha. Sure thing. I have this logo. I want the stars to out from behind the logo on the same path, at the same rate of speed, and end forming a circle.

Soooooooooooo…the entire water stream and bottle would all be done in a 3D app and then integrated in with the talent?

That sounds like alot more work. Plus, I don’t really have access to a 3D app at this point.
