It all depends on what your filming, if your filming any motion at all i would go for the 3 ccd cameras the CMOS cameras as they may get better quality and movement on them can ruin that. The camera i think would work is a panasonic dvx100a or b. They are full HD 3ccd cameras and they take beautiful video.
