Yes, cs4 have omf export but you’ll have to upgrade it to 4.0.1. That shouldn’t be a problem. I use cs4 just for that because once I had a movie export problem (that Movie Encoder is not a good solution) and don’t want to risk that anymore. But if you use Premiere Pro the only solution for omf is, still, cs4.

I have both Premiere Pro 1.5 and CS4 on the same computer and have no trouble at all.
