I tried a variety of things quicktime pro, photoshop. What I would really like is something a lot more automated and invisible. Like a watch folder or a command line program.

Suggestions? PC or Mac solutions, either, or.

I was having the same problem a while ago. Same situation exactly. Snapz Pro to After Effects. Have you tried updating After Effects. I don’t really know what solved the problem finally, but I have stop experiencing it. I believe it was fixed in the 8.0.2 update. That’s my best guess.
