After nearly 2 weeks of trying everything, I just found out the problem is caused just by font types…
Apparently TTF fonts sometimes can cause problems. All you need to do is convert your TTF fonts to OTF and problem solved.

Initially I opened the file in Photoshop just to check and everything was fine, I even saved the PSD file with another name in other folder and had the same issue.
The size is 1080 x 1920 and about the color profile, when I saved it I switched it to sRGB IEC61966-2.1 just to make sure it wasn’t a color profile problem. Still couldn’t import the file to AE.
Nevertheless, one thing I did notice and seems very unusual to me is the fact that when I toggle off the visivility of all layer, the canvas is no longe visible in compaison to other files I handdled before, and for some reason the name of the folder appears on top of the arte when toggled on, as if it was made with the slice tool…
