Im changing to HD now and i need others with experiences in this brand CANON HD. i have used all my life canon xl1.gl1,gl2. im looking for a very sharp image capture and need to know before changing to HD. i have seen lots of camcorders but i am very confused with sony, canon etc… if any one can help and let me see the difference between these options it would be great. remember I NEED THE BEST QUALITY IMAGE POSSIBLE WITH HD.

I found the start/stop detect but now it says the movie has no date and time info whay is that. Hey remember im new at this with MAc abd final cut.

Oh come on man im not asking to edit for me i have more then 11 years editing and there is no way a machine can edit for you…

like i said im new at mac and was just asking cuase in adobe premier pro while its capturing theres a button called scene detect which you put a check mark and it divides the scenes for you. i wanted to know if final cut can do the same!!!

Im new with MAC and final cut… all my life i have used pc adobe premier pro to edit all my projects.i got tired of it. No im not kidding… Can you help me figure this out so i can edit more easier?
