So what the template should say is: Field Order: Upper Field First – Deinterlace Method: Blend Fields?

BTW, thanks for all the help. I really appreciate it

Im using these settings in my template (Custom):

1920×1080 – Field Order: None(Progressive Scan) – 29.97 FPS – Full Resolution Rendering Quality: Best – Deinterlace Method: None

And yes, they are both 29FPS.

Ok, i tried to find out the framerate. The only thing i could find is that my camera, Sony HDR-CX100, has 60FPS, but im not sure.

When i compile it with 60FPS on the program, it still looks pretty choppy.

Any other things i can do?

My camera shoots at a very high frame rate. I’ll check on that.

But yes, i can see how this can conflict the quality of my video

Stop the video at about :03 – See the motion blur looking effect? it makes the video look way worse than it actually is (This is not because of youtube! it does this even when i play it on media player)

I’m Having the same problem. Except I’m using Platinum 9, and i don’t have a motion blur option. But yeah i agree – This does hurt your eyes and it looks terrible. It defeats the purpose of “HD” videos. It like depletes the smoothness of the videos clips and its really irritating.

  • I’m having a problem where my video has a constant motion-blur-like effect when i compile it, but when i play it off the explore tab on preview, it looks fine. Can anyone help?
