**Solution (sort of): After dealing with Adobe and Video CoPilot support directly, it was determined that one of my large assets that I had Twitch activated on was causing the issue. There’s not really a solution to this other than just turning Twitch off of the asset. They declared that it was eating up too much RAM while rendering and causing it to fail. They said that this does happen at times. Not necessarily the solution I wanted to hear, but at least I found the source of the problem.

Thanks to those who chimed in with their suggestions.

I was rendering to Quicktime – Apple Pro Res, Upper Field first, 29.97 to match our video screen specs.

I just tried rendering a PNG sequence and it still crashed at 28 frames… ????

Thanks, Dave. Unfortunately none of these created a solution for me. I’m dreading the idea of rebuilding this project only with the “hope” that it might render in that project. I’m wondering if I should try installing an older version of AE? Would the new update be causing this?
