This is amazing-Thanks, but I cant seem to divide the circle up. I can draw the lines to make it into 8, but I cant isolate them individually or join them so they each make 1/8 triangle.
Does this makes sense?
Then once I have made it, do I pull the line on the top to make the curve, and duplicate it and rotate it 7 times moving 45 degrees each time?
Im sorry, im new to this software .

I worked the problem out.
All I needed to do- was add a black Solid as my background within my pre comp.
