    OH so I have a comp 1

    Comp 1
-PSD file trace (Logo) with Trapcode Stroke duplicated 3 times and each one pre comped with varying glow effects to create a Neon sign of the Logo.

I want to make this explode in Trapcode form then reform.
My problem is when I layer map it to this logo pre comp with the 3 pre comps inside it.
the glow just floods the particles and doesnt give me an accurate image of the Logo (Neon sign).
    Does this make sense?

*My pixels are all the right size
-I have the correct amount of pixels
-Its all in the feathered glow flooding over – which I need to make it a neon Sign.

Please help me if you could?

I’m not quite seeing what you’re talking about in my head from your description. A screen capture would be helpful. (Print screen button on the PC, paste into Photoshop. On the mac use the screen grab utility, I forget the name.)

Is the glow effect inside the precomp or is it applied on the layer map layer? Or is it applied on the Form layer?

Try to disable the glow in your precomp, and have you set your fonctionnality(in form layer map) to rgba to rgba, and in the proper dimension?

I bet is the glow inside the precomp!

    I worked the problem out.
All I needed to do- was add a black Solid as my background within my pre comp.
