I did that and it works fine. I’m assuming that this is somewhat of an effect? It seems that it has to be rendered as it has the red bar on top of the timeline. I did render one small clip and it took quite a long time. I’m concerned that if I build a timeline that it might also create problems with playback if everything has an effect on it. Any further advice or comments are greatly appreciated.

I already made a new post, but just to ask you directly – do you know what format is best to start my new project – right now I have widescreen DV NTSC – I’m importing mostly all hdv footage. There are several settings for DV and I’m not sure which one is best to use for the best results.
