Thanks for all the help.

I finally figured it out. I had installed the Main Concept Mpeg Pro HD plugin on a couple of the computers.

I had totally forgot about it, I uninstalled the plugin and the problem was solved.

Hi thanks for the feedback.

Hard drives have been defragged and have tons of space.

All Premiere projects are completely uniform. The video is shot using a Canon HV40, on the main HDV 1080i setting.

I then use the HDV 1080i50 preset when captruing on Premiere.(I’m UK based btw). Have tried capturing with HDV-Split and still have the same problem.

As said before, this creates no problems on the rest of the computers, i just have the rendering problem on a select few.

Any idea how I can know for certain if my hard drives are optimised?!

They seem fine other wise.

Good advice. However doesn’t really explain my problem, unless you think one of my hard drives just isn’t performing as it should.

Thanks everyone for the feedback though. If I find a resolution, I;ll be sure sure to post it up.

You’re absolutely right, I’m sure the problem isn’t anything to do with Premiere Pro, but I’ll be damned if I can figure it out.

Same machines and same spec, different outcomes.

All machines have indexing turned on and use the C-drive for storing footage… and yet I still have the two different outcomes.

Tis a mystery.
