For anyone else who might have the same problem:

After doing some extensive research and testing – this appears to be a Huffy-Premiere incompatibility problem.

I wanted a Mpeg2 stream that I could author in another program – and since i could not find a way that premiere would give me that without burning a DVD – I was stuck.

I finally resolved this by frame-serving through Debugmode and using CCE. Warning though when installing Debugmode – make sure that the “.prm” file is put into the “Common” folder as otherwise Frameserving does not work.

If anyone else has another solution – please let me know.
