Hi,
I need some help. On my laptop I cannot see any templates in FCP from Motion. When I create or do some work in Motion and I try to open it in FCP…all i get is a black screen. Any suggestions on what to do?

Thanks.. someone responded as well and directed me to: https://support.apple.com/kb/HT1885 which helped… i followed the ‘Delete User preferences’ that did the job. Now I have to deal with the software on my laptop…. once I send the project from motion to FCP the screen goes black…any ideas?

Thanks a million!!!! The article was what i needed. I should have thought of patiently looking for this article but was overwhelmed since I have a project I need to complete and I need motion for part of it. Thanks for directing me there… It resovled the issue… used the ;’ Delete User preferences’ btw your show opener was awesome! kudos.

hi..have you been able to resolve this issue… I have the same exact same issue…no one seems to know how to resolve this.
