    easiest way is to connect a cble to each camera, then connect to a 8 inch monitor, since you are running a cable I would also include a 2 way communication system so that the person directing can give direction to the camera men.
    If I was going to all that trouble, I would hook up a mixer and a recorder to get a pre mix recording to start with

    Hi Jeff,
    thank you for your response, I’m lucky, living here in Phoenix I have access to rent a full line up of tapeless cameras.

    Here is what I want to do:

    Record a 11 minute segment on a card
    upload to a computer, add a tittle
    NO EDITING
    then burn a dvd, I want to do this in 16×9,

    I am trying to determine how long the upload and burning of dvd will take.

    I am doing 30 of these uplaods in a 12 hour period of time.
    I can rent sony, panasonic, JVC and Canon.

    I will only do the job IF I make money, the quote dgoes in on Thursday. We will see. because of rental availabilities we will be using sony PD170’s

    It all boils down to camera: tape or tapeless
