    No third party software is required if you have Acrobat Pro. In Acrobat Pro, go to Edit>Preferences, and then from “Categories” select “Convert from PDF.”

    Select the file type as JPEG, and then “Edit Settings.” Set all the quality selections to HIGH, and then crank up the resolution as high as you want (or until it gets to be file-size prohibitive). The output resolution for jpegs can be up to 2400 pixels/inch.
