Hi Ben,

My project is not for live broadcast. It’s a pilot that will be placed on DVD.

While I can understand your passion for your industry, it is important to remember that every veteran was once a rookie. I’m sure you’re good at what you do, but there was once a day when even you had to be taught.

My point of starting this forum was for assistance not judgement. I am thankful for the help of those who have taken their expertise, and left great advice and assistance so that I can learn.

That way, when I do go to live broadcast, I can present a professional piece.

Hey Shane,

If I now go back and put my footage in the TV safe frames, will I have to go clip by clip and adjust the video and titles, or is there a quick command fix in Final Cut I can use? FYI: I have a quite a few layers of video (due to overlays and effects), pictures, and lower thirds.

Hi Chris,

29.97 is my editing time base. 1440X 1080 is the size. The format is HD.
