Thanks for getting back to me. I tried your suggestion and it didn’t work. When I open the video in QT7 the poster image I set with your method is correct. However, the QT movie as it sits on my HD or on Vimeo is a random image. I tried to set the poster frame in FCP 7 by going to “Mark” > “Set Poster Frame” and that didn’t work either. Is there a way to set the poster frame in FCP 7 before I send it to Compressor?
