I own both and I use them in combination’s together to give a more unique look to my graphics, rather then using everything from the same stock library which may be recognizable to other motion graphic designers. Compositors toolkit also has more element’s such as destructive elements and atmosphere elements. There are some similarities but they just give you more options to use.
