    I agree that a simple DVD with menu and chapters is the way to go. The programs we use are Avid Liquid for video edit, and Sony DVD Architect Studio for Authoring.

    I haven’t worked in Asia, but I’ve been to African countries like Kenya and Congo. The way to go is take your hand-held camera in a tourist looking bag. I packed my clothes and toiletries in with my tripod, and my camera bag looked like it was my luggage with a camera inside. Travel light.

    It’s all about the relationship and if/how you want it to continue. But don’t let them walk all over you. It’s your footage – end of story. They can purchase it from you.
