In general I like the idea of offering two versions of the same software: normal version and Pro version.
We like ultrascope and we wish they add more and more new features, but at the end of the day we are talking about a 600$ solution (minus the PC), not a 6000$ one. I think that many of us will be more than ready to pay a little bit more to get some features, like the you mentioned Bob.
So why not make the user chose what he really needs?

Yes.. These would be nice:
Ability to Select Parade and Vectorscope Only.
I and Q lines.
Full graticule on the Vectorscope.
Vectorscope Magnify.

I have no problems running Premiere cs4 with vista 64bit in two computers with 8GB each.
Adobe is trying to fit Premiere more and more in the professional market. That’s why we need more ram and stronger computers. For me this is a good thing, because I work in the professional market and can afford buying a good PC. But for sure that is not good for those who can’t afford it.
