Am I glad to see the Cow add this forum! CatDV has been one of the best kept secrets for years, providing many of us solutions to file transfers, tape captures, and scene cataloging.
Disclaimer… I don’t work for Square Box, but I love this software! Rolf is always tweaking it to keep up with the new toys. Glad to see the latest update.

This is astounding news about the Sony SxS card being excluded from the Ki Pro dynamic. By blowing away my assumptions about Express 34 ports being SxS card friendly, should I assume the Belkin alternative will work with a MacBook Pro? If so, then so be it.

Have you upgraded to FX 8.0.3? Is FX8 also crashing when you run it outside of FCP in Keyframer?
FX8 is running flawless with FCP 5.1.2 on my G5. The only acknowledged issue with FX8 is the BCC filter set, which will be fixed in the next version.

I’ve never looked. It’s hard to top the vector qualities of Graffiti, not to mention the animation features.
