So just to be clear, I could upgrade to a 2 TB or 4 TB internal SSD. If I did that would my video editing go a lot faster and smoother?

sorry for any confusion that my post has created. It is actually a two-part question. I have some standard definition projects that I hope to complete on this computer with Vegas 4.I understand that some programs are not happy in the 64-bit environment. I intend to upgrade to Vegas 8, 9 or 10 whenever I purchased a high-definition camcorder.
