    Hi, thanks to Johnny. I have downloaded lagarith and set my render to avi and set my codec to Lagarith and set to RGB. Fortunately I was able to play my video both VLC and WMV without any problem. However when uploaded to youtube, the colors are incorrect and lightning changes every frame.
