  • I am experiencing the exact same issue. I cannot believe developers of PluralEyes didn’t think of this. Surely if the NLE can recognise other audio channels, PluralEyes – being that by the very definition of what it’s supposed to do is recognise audio, incredibly doesn’t allow for clips with multiple channels where audio may well be on channel 2+

Anyone work out the best solution for this?

  • Searching around for others with problems on these devices.

My 18-month-old D2 USB 3.0 drive is failing now and I have so many assets on there that I need for existing projects.

Never trusting Lacie again, this just shouldn’t happen. So angry.

    Sure –

But what about a property that is part of an 3rd party plugin effect?

I’m doing a repetitious job, inserting keyframes onto a composition every second, but I want to just be able to add a keyframe at the current point in time. Any ideas how I find out the keyboard shortcut for a 3rd party plugin? I’ve looked online but can’t find any.

Seems a bit ridiculous to me, I can right-click and ‘add keyframe’ quite easily, but there is no keyboard shortcut to do the same thing!

Is there any plug in that can do this? I’ve seen something perfect for what I need, but it’s FCP here:

I was actually looking for same thing, but something for After Effects.

I did try manually doing it using Andreas Bremer’s advice above, but as I’m not expert enough at AE, I think he left out a step, like stencil luma, alpha add, or something or other, as I followed the steps exactly and I can’t achieve that effect.

  • Thanks for your help, John. In the end, I had to rotoscope it all.
