    Don,

    XDCAM Transfer 2.0 is software to transfer/convert MXF files from a XDCAM HD camera like the PDW-F350 to editable QuickTime files on a Mac.
    XDCAM EX Clip Browsing Software V1.1 does the same for the XDCAM EX camera’s.
    Depending on the camera you own, you need the one or the other software.
