Thanks for the helpful info, Andrew! When you enter multiple keywords in the Comments field, do you separate them with a comma? I’m wondering how commas, or other punctuation, affects the search results. Thanks! Kim

Thanks for the Prelude tip, Paul, but did you find a way to ingest clips into Prelude while maintaining aub/folder structures? Or are you just saying you can ingest into Prelude, getting a ‘flat’ hierarchy, then organize everything in Prelude before sending it to Premiere?

thanks for the advice, Robert. When you say ‘root’ folder do you mean the “private” file that contains the .MTS files? Or do you mean something ‘deeper’ in the hierarchy?

i’ve been having precisely the same issue for the past few months, spanning CC and CC2014. does anyone have any solutions?

seems to occur more often now — maybe 75% of the time now. i’m afraid one of these times i won’t be able to sell at all!
