Dave all you have to do is reinstall all the
Microsoft VC 2005 Redist (x64)
Microsoft VC 2008 Redist (x64)
Microsoft VC 2010 Redist (x64)
Microsoft VC 2012 Redist (x64)
Microsoft VC 2013 Redist (x64)

click install and if they ask to uninstall or repair, click on repair for all of them

I just finally got mine to work after reinstalling/Repair them
