Okay, well I just used similar settings as the video I was adding the track to, before when I war rendering the video with the audio track on it, the video would gain more interlacing lines than the original. I also couldn’t get the resolution right. The original video was 720×480 in 16:9 and the final results was a 720×480 in 4:3. Than I noticed when I was rendering it, my render settings and my project settings didn’t have the 1.2121 widescreen setting on. So I entered those in. Than I looked at some youtube videos to figure out how to get rid of the ghosting/interlacing issues I had with it. Didn’t get rid of all the interlacing, but it did make it more bearable than the original. What I did was right click the video track and went to properties and and checked the disable re-sampling option. I was clicking the reduce interlace flicker, but with y eyes, it seemed like that option made the interlacing worst. So I left it unchecked. So now the final product, with the re-sampling, looks the same as the original video if not better.

If you know of a better way to get rid of interlacing lines than this, I would like to learn it. I am pretty okay with the way I am doing it now, but I would not mind finding a better way.
